What is an Honor Flight?
The Honor Flight Network is a national non-profit organization created solely to honor Americas veterans for all their sacrifices.
A trip that is completed in one single day, veterans are flown to Washington, D.C. FREE OF CHARGE to visit and reflect at various military memorials.
For many veterans, this is their only opportunity to visit the sites, representations of their veteran service . Traveling as the photographer for 11 flights so far, I have heard over and over that this is one the best experiences of their life. It is as equally touching for those of us who have a front row seat to witness their moment.
